How do I re-assign a Documentation Folder?

Often times, SpendLogic's HelpDesk will re-assign a Buyer's Documentation Folder in order to diagnose an issue the Buyer may be having OR if a Buyer is on vacation/leave, a Documentation Folder can be re-assigned to another Buyer.
