My documentation folder is locked for editing but I need to make changes. How do I Reopen and Edit?

Once your Documentation Folder has been through all of your company's required reviews, the Documentation Folder will be locked for editing. 

However, the creator of the Documentation Folder may Reopen and Edit their locked file in order to make edits.  The specific folder(s) edited will require re-review.    

UPDATE: Now when you Reopen and Edit, you unlock Left Hand blocks allowing you to make changes to the Left Side Entries if needed.
