My LCAT has unique requirements. How do I capture those in the analysis rate?

Within a Services Analysis, SpendLogic has incorporated a dedicated column called Special Considerations (SC), where specific factors are taken into account to calculate an analysis rate. These factors encompass the following:

• Security Clearance - This can range from 0% to 17%. These percentages are based on USG standards.
• Hazard Pay - This is based on current State Department Danger Pay Allowance Rates.
• Unique Capabilities/Experience - This is a subjective entry in which you assign a percentage. You must provide an explanation for the premium pay.
