I have input proposed hours and proposed rates, but the total proposed amount still shows as $0. Help!

When copying and pasting from a spreadsheet into a SpendLogic table such as when performing a Labor Rate analysis, there can be things that get "stuck" in the paste that we cannot see.

To fix this issue, highlight all of the cells in the column with the proposed rates. Press the Control+X and then Control+V (delete and paste functions). 

If this doesn't clear the error, do it again for the cells in the proposed hours column.
