Problem: User gets a blank white screen when logging into SpendLogic.
Users may experience this issue for a number of reasons:
- The email address used to set up the user in SpendLogic does not match the company's SSO server.
- The user profile is "Inactive".
- Did the company change email addresses including the domain name, i.e., @company.com?
Contact your SpendLogic Ambassador (the person who set you up in SpendLogic) if you receive a blank white screen when logging in.
