If your user email address has changed, whether by marriage, name change, etc., and you need to update your SpendLogic user email address, you have two (2) options:
Option 1: Your Company Ambassador/Admin can deactivate the old user account and activate a new user account with the new email address. Deactivation will not impact the reports under the previous account name. However, those reports will have to be found using old username.
Option 2: Email help@spendlogic.com and request the email address be updated to the new email address. SpendLogic engineers can update the email address which will allow the reports generated under the old user account to appear under the new user email address. In your request, please include (1) the old email address, and (2) the new email address.
NOTE: The above options apply only to current users requiring a name change. If there is a change to the domain name (@company.com) that affects the entire company, please email help@spendlogic.com and provide this information. This type of change will need to be coordinated between SpendLogic engineers and your company's IT department.
