What’s changed?
For SpendLogic Users who are able to generate CPSR reports, the report creation functionality has moved from the dropdown selection under your Profile. Report generation is now accessible under "New" and “Extract Data”.
This update simplifies where users go to pull CPSR-related data and aligns it with other modules in the platform.
Where do I find CPSR reports now?
To create a report:
Navigate to New on the SpendLogic toolbar
Click the Data Extract button
- Create your report
Does this change how CPSR reports work?
No. The reports themselves have not changed, only where you go to create them.

Q: Where did my CPSR reports go?
A: Existing CPSR reports are still found through Search Reports.
Q: How do I run a CPSR report now?
A: Click New, select Data Extract and create your report as you do now.
Q: Did any CPSR report data or functionality change?
A: No. This update only changes the location of where you go to create a new report.
Q: Who can access Data Extract and/or CPSR reports?
A: Access to CPSR reports remains the same and is based on your user permissions, as determined by your Company Administrator.
Q: How does this impact my day-to-day use?
A: You will now go to New and Data Extract instead of the previous location when creating CPSR reports.
