No problem! Access to SpendLogic depends on your company. The majority of our clients use Single Sign On (SSO) but a few allow Username and Password. See below to learn more about how to reset your password in both cases.
I. Single Sign On (SSO)
If you don't use a username and password to sign into SpendLogic, then it means you use some version of Single Sign On. If you have access via SSO, your login and password should be the same as what is used to sign on to your company computer.
If you continue to have difficulty accessing SpendLogic, Single Sign-On is managed by your company's IT department. In this case, you will need to contact either your company's SpendLogic Ambassador or Company Admin. If you have not identified these points of contact or are unable to reach them, please contact your company's IT helpdesk.
II. Username and Password
1. Go to the login page as you normally do (it will likely be some version of xxxx.spendlogic.com).
2. Below the password box, you'll see a link to reset your password. It should look something like this:
3. Click on I forgot my password and follow the prompts to reset it.
