How do I analyze rates for a foreign supplier?

Users will conduct a labor rate analysis just as they would for a U.S. supplier.  However, the user can now enter the country of the foreign supplier.  SpendLogic updated this feature in Spring 2020 and adjusts the Bureau of Labor and Statistics (BLS) rate using the Purchasing Power Parity and Exchange Rate for the particular country.  This data is published by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the report generates a resulting labor rate analysis in U.S. dollars.  

Users begin a new price analysis and enter the foreign supplier information on the Procurement Details page (see below).  Users will NOT have to enter a Zip Code.
