NEW FEATURE: Contract Approval Alert when Submitting Documentation Folder for Review

You asked - we listened.

Based on client feedback, we've added a new safeguard to prevent Documentation Folder submissions associated with unapproved contracts and to prevent the same contract request submitted by multiple Users.

What it Does

When a User submits a Documentation Folder for review, SpendLogic now checks whether the associated contract is active.  If the contract you selected has been requested by another User but has yet to be approved by your Company Administrator, you will receive an alert message informing the User that a request to add the contract is pending.

What you See

The alert will let the User know who originally requested the contract be added and to whom the request was submitted.  The User can reach out to the point of contract to ask that they approve the contract that was requested.  

The company point of contract who received the contract add request will have an outstanding Workflow in their Assigned to me; Incomplete section of their Workflows queue.
