New Feature: Reporting and Read-Only Licenses

SpendLogic now supports Reporting and Read-Only license types, giving companies more control over user access while expanding visibility across modules.

License Options

• Read-Only

  • Allows users to view, but not edit, modules as specified in the company setup. This includes price analysis reports, source justifications, commercial item determinations, and documentation folders.

• Reporting, Read Only

  • In addition to the “Read-Only” permissions, this license also provides access to the CPSR Reporting module and allows users to view results.

  • Can be paired with a User license for users who need to see reports but not edit them.

• Reporting, Create and Edit

  • Grants full access to create, edit, and view CPSR Reporting data.

Role Combinations

The Reporting and Read-Only roles can be used with Internal Workflow if desired.

They cannot be combined with other “licensed” roles.

Administrator Controls

Company Administrators can assign these new licenses to both existing and new users within the company setup. Simply select the desired role combination when managing user accounts.

These new options make it easier to share visibility across teams without granting full editing permissions.
