RFQs for multiple parts were sent to multiple suppliers (competition). Only one supplier submitted a quote for all the parts and the others quoted some of the parts. What methodology do I use now?

You can use Competition as your price analysis methodology if the supplier submits a quote for all the parts. For any parts that were bid on only by one supplier, you can break out those parts into a separate non-competitive report.
