I bought an item within the past 12 months, and I am buying the same item now. Can I use historical pricing as my methodology?

It depends. If your prior purchase was deemed fair and reasonable either through competition or cost analysis, the SpendLogic software allows you to use historical pricing as your methodology. If not, you will have to choose another methodology to determine your current purchase price as fair and reasonable. 

There is a chance that choosing Other will trigger a Risk alert.
